Istituto di Ricerca Minds is registered in the National Research Registry (ANR), established and regulated by Presidential Decree No. 382 of July 11, 1980, Articles 63 and 64, and Ministerial Decrees Nos. 564 and 615 of 2021. It is also registered in the National Third Sector Single Registry (RUNTS), a telematic registry established with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies pursuant to arts. 45 et seq. of the Third Sector Code (Legislative Decree July 3, 2017, no. 117).

Minds is a Social Enterprise, a private entity established under Legislative Decree No. 112 of July 3, 2017, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 95 of July 20, 2018, which carries out a stable and primarily business activity of general interest, non-profit, with civic, solidarity, and social utility purposes.
